Ogechi is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist. She is a Chronic Pain, Pelvic, Women/Men’s Health and Incontinence Specialist. She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and has worked in both specialist maternity hospitals and acute general hospitals. She has been involved in the treatment of patients with various conditions coupled with pelvic health and incontinence symptoms. She is a Qualified Independent Medical Prescriber.

Ogechi is a passionate advocate for women and has been involved in helping many women live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. She has been involved in influencing the lives of many individuals and audiences of diverse ethnicities.

She led and continues to lead the campaign on breaking the silence on incontinence and pelvic floor muscle dysfunctions; A campaign that encourages women to seek help and healthy solutions for their symptoms.

She is an author of the book titled: “Physiotherapist’s Practical Illustration of the Pelvic Floor and Labour”.
