Highly skilled Paediatrician and Neonatal consultant in London with over 18 years clinical experience. Her expertise is in the management of extremely sick neonates of varying gestation with complex needs.
She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2007 and completed her foundation and paediatric training in Dublin. She relocated to the United Kingdom in 2016 and completed a specialist training in Neonatology in London in 2022.
She is currently a substantive neonatal consultant in a tertiary neonatal hospital renowned for excellent clinical practice, innovative research and medical education.
She has a special interest in perinatal optimisation with an aim to give the littlest ones the best possible start in life while ensuring that their parents are fully integrated in their care and development. She is currently the perinatal mortality lead in my trust and work closely with the bereavement team to support families following the death of their babies.
She is enthusiastic about educating and training the future neonatologist and supporting them in the process.
