Physiotherapist-Led Care


Classes are led by a chartered physiotherapist with specialist training in postnatal and pelvic health. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to the postnatal body.

 

Safe & Progressive Postnatal Exercise


You’ll be guided through gentle, progressive exercises appropriate for your stage of recovery, focusing on:
• rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength
• restoring posture and movement patterns
• gradual return to functional activity and exercise



Pelvic Floor & Core Rehabilitation


Classes emphasize education and exercise to support:
• pelvic floor function
• abdominal muscle recovery (including guidance around abdominal separation)
• bladder and pelvic health
Support After Vaginal Birth or Caesarean Section
Exercises and advice are adapted to support recovery following:
• vaginal delivery
• assisted delivery
• Caesarean section


All guidance respects tissue healing and individual recovery timelines.

 

Management of Common Postnatal Discomforts


Our Physiotherapy-led classes will address common postnatal concerns such as:
• back, neck, and shoulder discomfort
• pelvic or hip discomfort
• postural strain from feeding and caring for your baby
